Summer Reading Requirements for all grades

Enjoy your summer, but don't forget the importance of reading! Research shows that students who do not read consistently lose important reading and cognitive skills. The CMS Summer Reading content and skills will be used throughout the 2019-2020 school year. 6th grade's novel is Fish in a Tree, 7th grade's is Blood on the River: James Town 1607, and 8th grade is encouraged to participate in the EBRP Library's Summer Reading Program.
