Counseling Department

The Central Middle School counselors work as a team with students, parents, and faculty to create a caring, supportive school environment. CMS counselors offer individual and group counseling for students. On an individual basis, the counselors help students with their academic, social, emotional, and career development goals. Counseling groups are formed each year based on the current needs of the students. Parents may contact a school counselor at any time by telephone or email.

The mission of the Central Middle School Counseling Program is to promote the academic, career, and personal/social growth of all students by implementing a comprehensive, developmental, data-driven program designed to advocate for equity in a safe learning environment.
