The Central Community School System is seeking a Supervisor of Child Nutrition to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our students receive nutritious, high-quality, and safe meals each day.
Position Overview:
The Supervisor of Child Nutrition provides leadership, guidance, and technical assistance in all areas of school nutrition, including food production, sanitation, safety, and equipment. This position will oversee operations in all Central Community School System schools and lead the district’s summer feeding programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and incorporate a World-Class menu
Provide direction, instruction, and technical assistance to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
Supervise food service operations at all school sites
Participate in professional development opportunities and attend staff meetings
Oversee and manage summer feeding programs
Maintain accurate records and reports while ensuring confidentiality

Hello Wildcats!
The beginning of the school year is always exciting and nerve-racking at the same time. We understand the conditions of Wax Road are not ideal. Please take your time and be careful driving. We will work through any timing issues through the duration of construction.
Here are some facts so you can make plans:
- Thursday construction will happen from 9am-2pm. Students have access to all student parking lots; see map attached.
- During construction hours, it is advised to use Sullivan to access CHS.
- To help out the flow, students from carpool may enter the Union starting at 6:45am. Please refer to the map attached for how to enter the carpool line from Cloudland.
Please do not let this be a stressor to start the school year. I can assure you we will work through any hurdles together. We will continue to update you with new facts as they are known to us. Please stay tuned through our social media, app, and website.
